About SFC

The Sports Financial Committee (SFC) is an independent constitutional student body set up under the purview of the Sports Union by the Director, BITS Pilani. Consisting of nine members, including three Principal Signatories, three Associate Signatories and three Advisory Members, it serves as an advisory body to the Sports Council as well as the Committee of Students for Sports Activities(CoSSAc). It primarily oversees all the financial matters of the Sports Union, BITS Pilani, including fests like the BITS Open Sports Meet (BOSM) and Inter-BITS. The responsibilities of the committee include overseeing appointments to the sports council, preparing the budget for sport-related activities, overseeing their expenditure, and handling all other forms of transactions.
